About Us

The Blades Voice for Transparent Governance

At Blades Community, we believe in openness, honesty, and clarity. Transparent communication is the foundation of our cause. Let’s delve into what it means and why it matters:

WHY TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION MATTERS?
Collaboration
Transparent communication promotes collaboration. When information flows freely, community members can work together effectively. We’re all on the same team, striving for a better Blades.

Trust
Trust is built on transparency. Faith in our local government grows when residents know they’re getting the complete picture. We want you to feel confident that your concerns are heard and addressed.

Innovation
Informed people are more innovative. When we share insights openly, fresh ideas appear. Let’s get into our collective creativity to enhance Blades.

HOW CAN WE ACHIEVE TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION?
We commit to informing you promptly. As soon as we learn something, you’ll know too. Transparency means no unnecessary delays. When we communicate, we’ll include the reasons behind decisions. You deserve the “why” as much as the “what.” Our communication will always align with Blades’ mission. Clear goals lead to informed actions.

Join us in creating a community where transparency is the norm. We’ll build trust and collaboration and make Blades a better place!

Voices of Blades - Resident Testimonials

Alex B.

This water survey has me a little puzzled. Whomever reviewed the existing water survey replied to the committee what he reviewed in the
prior survey.

That seems redundant and inaccurate.

Should a new ( I’m not knowledgeable in the area) water pressure test, measurements of existing wells, aquifer measurements, and saturation be performed? Should there be additional new testing of all water parameters in order to provide concrete information on the capabilities of water for present and future requirements. Dennis was trying to obtain that answer I think, but it wasn’t received in that context..Or did they not what to received the correct information.
