In order to maintain the highest community property values, all buildings on any lot are to be properly maintained in good condition.
All lots shall be considered single residential lots and may not be subdivided or otherwise alienated into a lessor or smaller portion.
The lots shall be solely for residential purposes and no commercial use shall be allowed thereon.
The lots shall be used only for single family 55 + residential purposes.
Only one single residential dwelling may be erected, or otherwise constructed on any lot.
